Five teens have been arrested after crashing an allegedly stolen vehicle at Manly.

Just after 11.30pm Tuesday night (19 March), NSW Police responded to reports of a single vehicle collision into parked cars at Wood Street, Manly.

Upon arrival, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command were told a white Audi Q3 had crashed into two stationary vehicles — a Volkswagen GTI and a Honda CR-V.

Five occupants of the Audi were then seen to exit the allegedly stolen vehicle and run towards Little Manly.

With the assistance of the Dog Unit, a foot pursuit ensued and police officers quickly located and arrested five teenagers, aged between 14 and 17, nearby at Little Manly Beach.

All five were taken to Manly Police Station, where they assisted police with their inquiries. Police have not reported any charges being laid at this stage.

No injuries were reported in this incident.

A NSW Police spokesperson said that investigations are continuing. Anyone with information, or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage from the vicinity around the time of the incident, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Update 12.20pm Friday, 22 March 2024:

In response to a further query, NSW Police have advised that all of the teens were released without charge pending further investigations.
