Abadeen proposes to undertake a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) for the proposed residential redevelopment of 1294–1300 Pittwater Road and 2–4 Albert Street, Narrabeen NSW (the project area). The proposed works area is within the Northern Beaches Council Local Government Area.

Abadeen/Virtus Heritage wish to invite Aboriginal people and Aboriginal groups who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal objects and places within the Narrabeen, NSW area to register to be consulted as part of the preparation of an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment/s (ACHA) and any further investigations.

The purpose of community consultation with Aboriginal people is to assist the Minister for Planning, Housing, and Infrastructure in their consideration of the State Significant Development Application.
