NOTICE IS GIVEN that The Owners – Strata Plan No 32656 (strata scheme) intends to apply to the Registrar-General under section 142 of the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW) to terminate the strata scheme constituted by Strata Plan No 32656, and for the issue of a folio (or folios) of the Register in respect of the parcel following termination.

Any person having, or claiming to have, any estate, interest, right or claim in, to or in respect of the strata scheme or any lot or the common property in the scheme, and any person wishing to make representations in relation to the proposed termination, must notify the undersigned in writing within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice.
