Police are investigating after a man was threatened with a knife at Brookvale.

Just after 4.30pm yesterday afternoon (Sunday, 14 April), officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command were called to a report that a man had been threatened with a knife at an apartment building at Shackel Avenue, Brookvale.

Police were told that a woman buzzed the intercom and said she had a delivery intended for the 21-year-old male resident of the apartment. The man then opened the door to grant access to the building, after which the woman, who police are yet to formally identify, allegedly threatened the man with a kitchen knife.

The man was not injured in the confrontation and the woman had left the scene before police arrived. A crime scene was established and an investigation into the incident is underway.

Davidson kids deserve better

Add your voice to the call for an upgrade to Davidson High's school hall. It is neglected and the school P&C described it as 'embarassing'.
